When I was in HS and I was trying to lose weight I stopped drinking Pop. All Pop. The weight fell off, of course I was also working out. Do you know, that I still do not drink Pop and I&#039;m 28 years old? I realized I didn&#039;t miss the drink, and it was wasted calories. I&#039;m all about eating food if I&#039;m going to waste calories! What I&#039;m trying to say is you might look at your diet and see what things you can take out, you might find out you won&#039;t miss them. But I&#039;m sure you have this all figured out. But good job!</description>

		<description>ooh! This is very exciting. A cliffhanger. I hit the other side of thirty and realized that I was going to have to start doing some full body cardio or throw out all my clothes.

I chose the cardio. I don&#039;t do much. Just 30 minutes of running every other day, and I walk 2 miles every day, but it&#039;s been enough. Also, I took a hard look at what I was eating.
